Digital files

Because our cut files and digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be returned once downloaded, all digital sales are final. If something is wrong with a file, email us and we’ll make it right.

Memberships

You can cancel your membership anytime from your account. Cancelling stops all future billing, and you keep access through the end of the period you’ve already paid for. We don’t offer partial-month refunds.

Mistakes happen

Charged twice, or hit a technical problem? Contact us within 14 days and we’ll sort it out.
