Nest Designer Agreement

1. Purpose

This agreement outlines the terms under which SVGCooP (“We”, “Us”, or “SVGCppP”) grants the Contributor (“You”) free access to our Gallery pages with the agreement that only images using SVGCooP.com files will be showcased.

2. Contributor Benefits

You will receive:

The opportunity to be featured in our gallery, emails, or social media promotions.
Backlinks or shoutouts to your shop, website, or profile where appropriate.
Links will remain active as long as the Nest Designer is a Premium member of SVGCooP.com

3. Your Commitments

Each submission must:

Be based on a file from the SVGCOOP library.
Be your own original work.
Not be AI-generated or scraped.

You grant SVGCooP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Display, distribute, and promote your submitted content.
Use the content in marketing, social media, newsletters, and website galleries.

Note: Any store or product linked from the gallery must not offer or distribute digital SVGCooP files used to create that project, even modified versions.

4. Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of your photos and physical product designs.
SVGCooP retains ownership of all SVGCooP files used.
You may continue to continue to contribute to the gallery as long as you remain in good standing.
You may not resell, share, or redistribute SVGCooP files in digital format.

5. General Terms

This agreement does not create any employment, partnership, or agency relationship.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of SVGCooP files complies with this agreement and any applicable laws.
This agreement may be updated by SVGCooP at any time. You will be notified of major changes.
