1. Eligibility
- The Rewards Program is available to registered customers of SVGCooP.com.
- Only one rewards account is allowed per customer.
2. Earning Points
- Points are earned on qualifying purchases, excluding taxes, shipping, gift cards, and discounts.
- Points may also be earned through other activities, such as:
- Creating an account
- Writing product reviews
- Referring friends
- Points are awarded only after orders are marked as “completed” (shipped/delivered).
3. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed at checkout toward eligible purchases.
- Minimum point balance required for redemption: [e.g., 100 points].
- Points cannot be used to pay for shipping or taxes unless otherwise stated.
4. Point Expiration
- Points expire 12 months after they are earned if not used.
- Expired points will be automatically removed from your account.
5. Returns & Cancellations
- If you return an item or cancel an order, any points earned from that order will be deducted from your account.
- If you used points to pay for part of an order and then return it, those points will be refunded back to your account.
6. Non-Transferability
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points can only be used by the account that earned them.
7. Abuse or Misuse
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your rewards account if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of our terms.
- Points may be revoked if obtained through deceptive or dishonest means.
8. Program Changes
- SVGCooP.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the rewards program at any time without notice.
- Changes may include point values, expiration policies, or eligibility criteria.
