- What do I get from my membership?
- The Premium Membership offers a minimum of 25 SVG files each month as described on the home page. You will also get at least 1 Double 12×12 Scrapbook layout. I also offer access to a store that has hugely discounted prices for my SVG files that are not part of the current month’s files.
- Do I have to be a member to get the freebies?
- You do not have to be a member to get access to our freebies on our freebies page. You would have to be a newsletter subscriber to get the freebies that I offer to them.
- Do you offer training?
- Working on that as a future option.
- Do you offer gift memberships or trial memberships?
- I will hopefully be able to offer gift memberships and free trials soon. The closed to a free trial right now is the freebies that I offer. You can test out our files.
- What if I’m not happy with my membership?
- I am always happy to refund anyone who is not happy with their membership. Please contact me directly at thesvgcoop@gmail.com if you have concerns.
- Do you have an affiliate program?
- I’m working on offering an affiliate program to our members so that we can share the joy! I will keep you posted on any updates.
- Is there a place where I can see this month’s files?
- The best place to see what is and has been offered is to visit our Facebook page – SVGCooP – I usually post the current month’s files there. www.facebook.com/svgcoop
- Do you only share Disney files?
- No, I like to create all kinds of files. I am also working on sharing a project, pop up or card idea each month with our premium members. I will probably make those available in the shop at some point too.
- Do I have to be a member to shop at the shop?
- No, you do not have to be a member to shop at the SVGCooP.com shop. Members do receive a discount on all products. Basic members receive 10%, Standard 20% and Premium 30%. Discounts are automatically applied to the prices you see in our shop. No code necessary.
- If I’m a new member do I have access to previous month’s files and do I have to download them each month or can I come back later?
- Each month I change the files so you will need to download the available files by the last day of each month. I do try when I can to make previous months available in the shop but I don’t always have the time to do that. Be sure to visit each month to get your downloads. I do leave bonus and freebie files up for the entire month too – not just the membership level files.
